About us
A.N. Boekel BV are specialist in fresh fruit and vegetables. We serve our customers from seed to supermarket with our own cultivation and large network of affiliated growers. We have our own processing facilities and transport company. We stand for quality, service and speed. We started out growing cabbage and potatoes and have grown into a modern supplier of fresh fruit and vegetables, using our modern facilities enabling us to meet all our customers’ requirements.
Our team
We have a large purchasing and sales team who have many years experience, knowledge and passion for the job, who provide our customers with a high quality product and excellent service. With an understanding of the business and a creative commercial spirit, we rarely, if ever, say no, our service is second to none. Most of our products are from Dutch growers. We understand the trade from the growers’ point of view, as well how it works for retailers. This knowledge enables us to respond quickly and come up with solutions that benefit both parties. From enthusiastic youngsters to experienced traders, we form an all-embracing team.
Transport
Using our fleet of 80 trucks, our transport department Boekel-Leegwater Transport can offer national, European and worldwide transport of fresh fruit and vegetables. The purchasing team, sales team and transport departments are all under one roof, which has the advantages of excellent communication, infinite possibilities and minimized costs. What we do
At Boekel, we have all the facilities and expertise needed to process a large number of orders every day. We serve the entire range of customers; from supermarkets, cash & carry, wholesalers to industry. Order sizes can vary from single pallets to full trucks. A mix or express order can sometimes be difficult to organize, but with our own processing station and tight control of logistics, we are flexible and take on any challenge. With the Summum brand as our own quality brand, we can deliver in all kinds of different packaging according to the customer’s wishes. In short, we have everything on hand to load and deliver large quantities of high-quality fruit and vegetables every day.
