Transport
By means of an extensive transport department of our colleauges of Boekel-Leegwater Transport, we are able to offer transport of fresh fruit and vegatables on a large scale. In 2013, a merger took place between Boekel Transport and Leegwater Transport, after which we continued under the name Boekel-Leegwater Transport. This collaboration has given us the opportunity to expand our efforts and to transport product from A to B as efficient as possible.
Transport lines
With 80 trucks operating under the Boekel Leegwater Transport flag, we transport fresh fruit and vegetables on a daily basis to: Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, England, Germany and Belgium.
Our lines to Eastern Europe and Scandinavia have been further developed in recent years, which means that trucks leave every day with our own goods combined with third-party transport. We unload daily in Prague and Brno. In addition, we drive several times a week to Slovakia to supply our customers with our daily fresh products.
Besides the international transport network, we have our lines to Westland and Venlo through which our day trade customers are delivered 5 days a week. Because the transport is in our own hands, we can switch very quickly and deliver products the same day if they are ordered before 10:00 in the morning.
